WOCAS® Complete


View customer loyalty in a new light and turn your customers into fans


WOCAS® Complete is the full-featured version of our software that includes a full-blown and sophisticated process to boost your Net Promoter Score®. The combination of loyalty measurement and the detailed Contact Analysis is unique: Systematically follow up on Contacts that induced a poor loyalty score, deep-dive into the exact reasons and take immediate action to eliminate whatever caused the trouble.

All versions come with a detailed online guide, training material, the latest Power-BI template to visualize your data as well as support & updates throughout your usage. Onboarding will take about 3 months – the license costs for this time are already included in the onboarding price.

We all want the same thing: success! (and cookies, but that’s for later…). But for great results it is most essential to secure a smooth setup of the process in the beginning. As we know from our year-long experience there can be some tricky parts along the way. That’s why we in any case accompany you with a professional onboarding to keep you on the right track and help you set up and manage WOCAS® in your organization.

Who will accompany us during onboarding?

A client success manager will be there for you to ensure a smooth implementation. You will meet in web sessions to check on milestones and exchange ideas. In case of questions just send a simple e-mail and get the info you need asap.
