WOCAS was founded in 2014 as a spin-off from Ad Scopum. Our great inspiration was and is the timeless bestseller “The Best Service Is No Service” by our partners Bill Price and David Jaffe. Because customers are most satisfied when things just work and there is no need for customer service in the first place. To achieve this, we invented WOCAS.
